Software

Many of the models we develop are available as external pagepackagescall_made to the Bayesian software package external pageBEAST2call_made. Some of our models are also available within the Bayesian software package external pageRevBayescall_made (not listed on this page). We also release R-packages on external pageCRANcall_made or external pageGitHubcall_made. Finally, we also make some additional resources available on our external pagepublic GitHub repositorycall_made. All of our packages are open-source and links to the source code are provided below.
