We are advertising a postdoctoral position in single-cell phylodynamics!

by Louis Du Plessis

Get into this exciting new field, applying phylodynamics to developmental biology using single-cell lineage tracing data! The aim is to move from qualitatively describing the developmental process (how cells divide during an organism's development) to describing its dynamics, for instance quantifying cell division, differentiation and aptoptosis rates.

The position will be based in Basel, Switzerland, and is initially for two years, with the possibility of extension. Find out more about our group here and our research on developmental biology and single-cell phylodynamics here and here.
