tTt and qTfy

The Tracking Tool (tTt) and qTfy enable single-cell tracking and quantification of cellular and molecular properties in time-lapse imaging data. tTt allows efficient and user-friendly manual cell tracking, including the possibility to import, inspect and correct existing tracked trees (e.g. from auto-tracking tools). qTfy extends the tracked trees exported by tTt with fluorescence measurements to generate quantitative single-cell genealogies. Both tools allow robust and efficient analysis of large amounts of imaging data and are not limited to specific cell or image types.
