Pejman's paper about the design of synthetic cell classifier circuits was published in Cell Systems and is available online at http://www.cell.com/cell-systems/fulltext/S2405-4712(17)30003-0. His approach can be used to generate candidate gene circuits  for experimental testing in therapeutic settings that require precise cell targeting, such as cancer therapy.
