Our research group is focused on the interface of systems immunology and biomolecular engineering, which exploits high-throughput
techniques such as bioinformatics, proteomics, and directed evolution-protein engineering to study the immune system in a quantitative
manner. This research approach uses such technologies for the engineering of next generation vaccines and immunotherapeutics.
Additionally fundamental questions related to pathogen-host immune responses are explored using a systems-based approach.
