Responsibilities at the D-BSSE

-Support the D-BSSE with the planing and realisation of the new cleanroom for post-processing of CMOS-Wafers.
-Keep all the post processing equipment in a "up and running" status.
-Develop and setup post processing steps to gain special sensor and surface functionalities on CMOS ICs together with the research groups.
-Keep process quality good and stable.

2006 - 2008 Work as assistant at the University of Applied Sciences Bern. Responsible to setup and operate the cleanroom lab. Assistant in different research projects.
