Thesis: Prediction of Group I Introns under structure variation.
2008 - 2011 Research assistant at the BiBiServ (Bielefeld University Bioinformatics Service), Faculty of Technology, Bielefeld University, Germany
Programmer at the BiBiServ2 project. Migration existing architecture to JSF2 and adoption of PrimeFaces as the main component suite.
Development of automatically generated web surfaces with JSF2.
2009 - 2011 20% Programmer at Parallab (High performance computing laboratory), BCCS (Bergen Center for Computational Science), Uni Computing, Norway
Development of java libraries offering parsing/resolving WSDL and XML Schema files.
Project is funded by EMBRACE Network of Excellence coordinated by EBI.
Further development of a BPEL editor to construct complex workflows using the NetBeans Platform.

Implementation of a fully functional web-based BPEL editor for linear workflows.
