Project
As a member of Bioprocess Laboratory at BSSE, I’m working on Real-Time Mass Spectrometry. I analyze the riboflavin biosynthesis by following in real-time more than 20 intermediate products, inhibitors and substrates of the pathway. My goal is to debottleneck the system and to increase the end productivity. The final purpose of the project is to get a virtual model that can be transferred into in vivo systems.
