Department Administration Services (DAS)
The objective of the DAS (Department Administration Services) is to provide a high level of services to professors, researchers, students, staff members and guests at the D-BSSE in a professional, competent, timely, reliable, accurate and cost-effective manner.
The DAS’s main tasks are:
- Ensure a smooth daily administrative operation of the department
- Personnel management of the scientific employees
- Student administration (BSc and MSc courses, in close collaboration with the Student Delegate)
- Event management (retreats, workshops, personnel events, seminars, symposia, student information days)
- Travel management
- Guest relations
- Web content management
